| AT in Paradise Workshops and Trainings:
ATP provides one-to-one training for individuals or group training for staff professional development.
Comprehensive product training for individuals receiving equipment is imperative to reduce chances of AT abandonment.
Being mindful that the success of an AT intervention is affected by the knowledge and support of family and team members, training for families is highly encouraged.
Individual and group training is also available for staff or professionals on a variety of devices and software. These can be either half or full day trainings.
Trainings can be held at convenient locations, client homes, or at the AT in Paradise location.

Session Formats
These sessions can be presented at your facility in lecture/lab format, online lecture/interactive format or at our AT in Paradise location.
Each session is offered in either half day or a more comprehensive full day training format.
Half day training's earn participants .3 CEU’s
Full day training’s earn participants .5 CEU’s
100 hour Assistive Technology Course is available which consists of a combination of hands on and online course format. Each participant will have created an AT kit upon completion of course which includes a variety of AT to be used for assessment purposes.
